"It is not difficult to predict how this all ends. Eventually, executive power will become completely uncontainable, and our beloved constitutional Republic will be no more."

⚡️APS Wants to Raise Your Bill (Again)⚡️

APS is asking the Arizona Corporation Commission to approve a 14-16% rate hike on all of us. At the same time, they’ve spent tens of millions of dollars on elections and lobbying to protect their profits instead of lowering our bills.

Between 2013-2021, APS and their parent company Pinnacle West dumped $72 million into political campaigns, PACs, and shadowy groups. In 2014 and 2016 alone, they funneled over $14 million into Corporation Commission races — basically paying to influence the very regulators who now decide how much they can charge us. And in 2025, they threw another $350,000+ at Governor Hobbs’ inaugural and legal funds and lawmakers to secure favorable laws.

💡 Here’s the truth: If APS wasn’t spending millions to buy politicians, they wouldn’t “need” us to cover their costs with another huge rate increase. We’re being forced to pay for both their political influence and our power bills.

📌 Be sure to reference Docket No. E-01345A-25-0105 (APS Rate Case)

Every comment matters — the Commission looks at how many of us speak out. Let’s remind them that Arizonans deserve affordable, reliable power, not rate hikes to fund APS’s political games.

Frontier workers serving the Navajo Nation are paid less than their counterparts in other parts of Arizona, even though they perform the same work under harder conditions.

That’s unjust. It’s time for equal pay for equal work.
