Federal cuts have left Arizona’s St. Mary’s Food Bank about a million pounds short of food this year, KJZZ reports. Things will only get worse for Arizonans if the Republican tax bill passes — it cuts billions from the federal SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance) program.
